HATTIESBURG FUTBOL CLUB (HFC) PROGRAM INFORMATION
MISSION:
The Academy Soccer Program is about creating opportunity for young players to be introduced to soccer, to enjoy soccer and to flourish. It is about every player getting the opportunity to be the best they can be. It is about creating a safe, enjoyable learning environment by providing facilities, trained coaches and development programs which suit each individual player. It is about finding and developing players and providing these players with the skills and tools to reach the highest levels of the game in which they so desire.

It is a joy to watch, exciting and entertaining, it is fun to play.
It is about aspiration and achievement.
It prepares players to play in any system, any strategy and understand any tactics organized with the objective to provide youth soccer players the opportunity to compete and develop to their highest playing potential.
COMMITMENT:
Seasonal year commitment from August to May.
Two to three practices per week. Number of practices, days, and times are determined by each individual team.

HATTIESBURG ACADEMY PROGRAM
2022-2023 Soccer Year
MONETARY COMMITMENT
Registration Fees for a seasonal year (Aug. – May.): U8 – U10 = $800
A $25 discount if paid in full with one-time payment at time of registration– $775
A $25 discount for multiple players within the same family in Academy Program. (Does not include Select or Recreational players.)
We offer a 10 month payment plan with the first payment of $80.00 (non-refundable payment) due by July 1st, 2022. The next 9 payments will be auto-drafted on the 5th of every month with the first draft taking place on August 5th and the last on April 5th, 2023.
Uniform Expense
All new players for the 2022 – 2023 season will be required to purchase a uniform kit consisting of at a minimum 2 jerseys (1 Navy/White, 1 Red/White), 2 shorts (1 Navy/White, 1 Red/White), and 2 socks (1 Navy/White, 1 Red/White) for an approximate cost of $190 (adult) or $175 (youth). Our vendor is Third Coast Soccer and the uniform manufacturer is Adidas.
Team Fees
Team fees pay for coach’s hotel rooms, food, and mileage. Approximate cost varies for each team based on number of games/tournaments.
If teams request to dual roster, then those teams would be responsible for additional fees from MSA as applicable.
HFC Registration Fee Breakdown
The registration fee of $800 for U8-U10 pays for the following:
- Executive Director Salary
- Director of Soccer DOC) salary and expenses
- Goalkeeper coach salary
- Head coaches' salaries
- Assistant coaches' salaries
- Coaching educational and training material
- Administrative expenses
- Website maintenance
- Equipment upkeep for Tatum Park (goals, flags, nets, etc)
- Field maintenance
- Insurance
- College Recruiting Coordinator salary and expenses
